Operations and the Sapex Standard
We realize that this is the main area of our internal business. Quite literally, 80% of a company’s expenses, personnel and time are spent on operations. As with anything else we do, we are committed to execute this with the Sapex Standard in mind at all times.

We understand that this is the area that will make or break our business. We can have numerous loyal Clients, an excellent sales staff and best equipment. If we do not have a system in place to ensure organization of orders and follow up, timely deliveries and the ability to react to what ever may crop up on a day to day basis, we will not be in business for long.

A major part of our corporate culture is the mindset that the system we are currently using is the best system only until a new perspective or idea comes along to improve it. We believe that the proper balance between Effectiveness and Efficiency is 51% Effectiveness and 49% Efficiency. We do not feel that you can give these two and equal balance in the equation because the most effective way may not be the most efficient way but it will produce the best results to the Client. That is where our commitment lies.
We have a complete set of systems and procedures in place that have allowed us to standardize our entire operation. These include Job Descriptions and Routines for all positions, SOP’s for all location jobs, a complete P-SHE program to ensure safe operations at all times, Training Programs and Development Chart, serial numbered Equipment Inventory for all shop equipment, detailed Warehouse Inventory of all spare parts, complete procedures for all Paper Work, Accounting and Filing.
